Who is Marleen Lowe ?
Currently still in the "aspiring" category as an illustrator, Marleen also dabbles in web design, concept art and writing.  

TERUO is her first comic book work, but Marleen is just putting the finishing touches to her first full length comic, 'Whatever Happened To The World's Fastest Man ?' which she has co-created with Dave West.
