Born in 1972, Nolan quickly developed an interest in art, partly to express his creative side and give form to his wildest imaginings, but mostly because he hoped to get to draw girls naked.

He currently lives in the North West and works in the games industry as a concept artist and game designer. His freelance work includes a range of cards for The Paper House and half the artwork for the Bafta winning 20th anniversary edition of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy online adventure game. He fills his spare time drawing robots, monsters, zombies and girls, adding to his collection of graphic novels, playing in a band and spending far too many hours playing online games.
